The Aria Architectural Guidelines

A longevity center you visit for an hour is a gym. You sleep and breathe in your house.

Every residence at Aria must be designed and built to the Aria Longevity Home Standard. Not a suggestion. A requirement written into the condominium architectural guidelines.

Sleep

High-efficiency filtration, continuous fresh air exchange, CO2 and particulate monitoring, sealed combustion or induction cooking only.

Whole-home filtration and point-of-use remineralization, supported by annual water quality testing.

Tunable circadian lighting, warm and blue-reduced after sunset, daylight in every primary room, true blackout capability in sleep zones.

Acoustically isolated sleep zones, independent thermal control, and an electrical layout keeping wiring loads away from beds.

Long-Term Valuation

The standard protects the asset as much as the owner. In twenty years the houses that hold value will be the ones built this way, and a community where every house qualifies is worth more than a community where one does.

The Aria Preferred Builder

Building to this standard is not harder. It is just different, and most builders have not done it. Owners may build with the Aria preferred builder, who has been trained on the standard and delivered to it, or with their own architect subject to review.

Most will choose the preferred builder because it removes a year of learning curves and schedule delays from the timeline.
